Fresh Tomato Salsa – Tove Norman

Roma tomatoes

 1 cup purple onions chopped

2 – 15 oz. cans Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes

1 to 2 garlic cloves diced or crushed

juice from 2 or 3 limes

cilantro to taste (I use about ¼ of bunch)

½ tsp. crushed red pepper (to taste)

salt and pepper to taste
