Terrific Brownies – Debbie

Double the recipe for a sheet size pan (Costco Cookie Sheet)

4 eggs                                                                                       2 tsp vanilla

2 cups sugar                                                                            1-1 1/3 Cups flour

2 sticks margarine or butter                                                 ½ to 1 cup nuts

½ cup cocoa                                                                            dash of salt

Beat eggs, sugar and margarine together. Add vanilla and cocoa. Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Bake in 9×13 greased and floured pan at 350* for 30-40 minutes. While still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost dark chocolate frosting. OR sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and return to oven for the last couple of minutes of baking. I even like to use butterscotch chips instead of the chocolate chips.
