Chicken Alfredo – Debbie

4 boneless Chicken Breasts

1 pkg. Cream Cheese

1 cup milk

½ cup butter-one cube

1 teaspoon white pepper

¾ cup (or more) parmesan cheese or any Italian cheese (parmesan with mozzarella)

1 16 oz. pkg of pasta (angel hair, fettucini, etc)

 

 

Cook 4 boneless chicken breasts by cutting into strips and sautéing in olive oil or boil in water or microwave with seasoning. Cut chicken into chunks or strips. Season to your liking. (Chicken Montreal seasoning is good) Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well. In a sauce pan, heat cream cheese and butter, slowly add milk. Stir until all clumps are out, add cheese. Add chicken and serve over pasta.
