PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD – AnneMarie

2 ½ cups white flour

1 cup wheat flour

3 cups sugar

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp salt

 

Mix dry ingredients

 

16 oz can pumpkin puree

1 cup oil

4 eggs lightly beaten

2/3 cup water

 

Mix wet ingredients, then join wet and dry.

Add chocolate chips.

 

Bake at 350 for 60-70 min

 

 

2  9×5 pans or  3  8×4 pans
