EASY PUMPKIN SPICE COOKIES – AnneMarie

1 Box Spice Cake Mix

1 15 oz can (the small can) Solid Pack Pumpkin

Chocolate Chips

Walnuts (optional)

Cream Cheese frosting (optional)

 

 

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray cookie sheets lightly, or use parchment paper.  Mix ingredients well.  Spoon onto cookie sheet (they won’t really flatten out, so make them pretty).  Bake for 8-15 minutes (depending on the size of cookie you made).  Let them cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet, then remove and let them cool completely before frosting.
