STICKY SOY WINGS

2 lbs. Chicken Wings

1 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Cups Brown Sugar

1 T. Garlic Powder

1 T. Ginger powder

Salt (optional)

 

 

  1.  Wash the chicken and dry as much as possible.
  2. Preheat oven to 400.
  3. Place chicken in deep baking dish.
  4. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Place in oven for 1 1/2 hours until chicken is done and sauce is sticky.
