SKINNY LEMON TILAPIA
4 – 4 oz. Tilapia Fillets
4 tsp. light butter, melted
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 tsp. fresh dill weed, snipped.
1 tsp. Lemon Peel seasoning
Pepper to taste
For Sauce
1 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, snipped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place Tilapia fillets on the baking sheet.
Drizzle 1/2 Tbsp. of lemon juice, 1 tsp. of melted butter and 1 tsp. of dill on each fillet. Season each with lemon peel and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
While the fish is baking, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and dill in a microwave-safe bowl for about a minute. Stir at 30 seconds.
Place fillets onto serving plated and spoon about 1/2 Tbsp. sauce around them in a decorative fashion.
