Sour Cream Lemon Dessert

1 1/2 pkg. Graham Crackers crushed

1 cube butter melted

1/4 Cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first four ingredients together then press into a 9X13 in. pan.


Middle Layer


4 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened

1 1/2 Cups sugar

2/3 Cup Sour Cream

Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar ,mix well, gradually add sour cream until smooth.  Spread onto graham cracker crust. 

Lemon Top


1 1/3 Cups sugar

5 Tablespoons Corn Starch

2 Cups Water

Mix together in  sauce pan then bring to a boil stirring, boil 1 minute will be thick and clear.


4 egg yolks beaten

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice


Boil 1 minute more stirring then take off heat then add  2 Tablespoons Butter. Stir until smooth.

Carefully spoon over middle layer.  Refrigerate until wee set and chilled.
