CORN PIE (great for breakfast or brunch with salsa on the side)

3 large Eggs, beaten                    ½ cup Yellow Corn Meal                           1 (4 oz) can diced Green Chilies, drained

1 cup canned Cream Corn              1 cup Sour Cream                                    ¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen Corn           4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, grated         ½ cup Red or Green Pepper, chopped       

2 or 3 Green Onions, chopped      4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated                   ½ tsp. Salt


Mix all together and put in 10” greased glass pie plate.  Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 ½  hours.

Cut in wedges and serve with a bowl of salsa.
