Chicken, Potatoes and Sausage

1 16 oz package Jimmy Dean Sausage

3 pounds chicken tenders

1 can cram of chicken soup

1 can cream of broccoli soup

1 small box velveeta cheese

5 pounds of potatoes (10-12 medium sized potatoes)

1 pound of baby carrots

1 can chicken broth

 

Precook sausage and set aside. Brown chicken tenders and set aside. Peal potatoes and slice in 1/8″ to 1/4″ slices and place in bottom of well oiled Dutch oven. Potatoes should fill Dutch oven only one third full. Place chicken tenders over pototoes and then sausage and then carrots. Slice velveeta chees in 1/4 ” pieces and place symmetrically over sauce. Cook with 8-10 coals on bottom and 12-14 coals on top utnil done or about one hour. Feeds 10-12 people.
