CHILI BLANCO (yummy recipe from Laurel Jones)

3 Chicken Breasts                              4 oz. can diced Green Chilies

4 cups Chicken Broth                         2 tsp. ground Cumin

1 cube Chicken Bullion                      1 tsp. dried Oregano

2 cups chopped Onion                        1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper        

3 cloves chopped Garlic                     3 to 4 cans White Kidney Beans


Place everything (except beans) in crock pot and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.  Shred the chicken and add the beans.  Simmer for 2 hours more.

Place chili in a bowl, and serve with your choice of  TOPPINGS:


                                                             Tortilla Chips             Mango Peach Salsa

                                                             Tomatoes                    Guacamole

                                                             Cheese                        Cilantro

                                                             Green Onion               Sour Cream
