Cammie’s Famous Fruit Salad

1 lb shell pasta cooked

4 fresh peaches peeled and chopped

1/4 pineapple chopped

3 mandarin oranges

2 c grapes cut in half

1 c toasted pecans chopped

32 oz whipping cream

16 oz sour cream 

1/2 c brown sugar


1. Cook the pasta to al dente

2. Cut up all the fruit

3. Whip the whipping cream and sour cream together

4. Add the brown sugar to the cream mixture

5. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate over night

Serves 25
