SHAMROCK COOKIE GLAZE

Combine:

1 ¼ cups Powdered Sugar

1 (3 oz.) small pkg. Lime Jello (dry powder)

1 ½ T. Lime Juice

1 ½ T. Water

 

Blend well until it has syrup consistency.  Add a bit more water to thin if needed.  Add more powdered sugar if it is too thin.  Spread over baked “Shamrock” shaped cut-out cookies
