GULLIVER’S RESTAURANT CREAMED CORN (a yummy Thanksgiving side dish)

4 cups frozen Corn                                            ¼  tsp. “Accent” Seasoning

1 cup  ( ½  pint)  Whipping Cream                       Pinch of White Pepper

1 cup whole Milk                                             

1 tsp Salt                                                           2 T. melted Butter

6 tsp. Sugar                                                        2 T. Flour


*Combine all ingredients (except flour and butter) in medium pot.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low.

Simmer 5 minutes, uncovered  (watch that it doesn’t boil over).

*In separate saucepan, melt butter over  low heat.  Add flour to melted butter.  Stir with spoon until well blended.

*Add flour/butter mixture to bubbling corn to thicken.  Mix well.  Remove from heat.


                                                  Everyone will  love  it…  instant  favorite !!!!
