Peanut Butter Brownies – Cindy Leishman
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. oats
1 cube margarine
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in large cookie sheet and press down. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes. Don’t overbake. When still hot, spread peanut butter over brownies. Cool then frost with chocolate frosting.
Chocolate Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 2 T. butter, 3 T. milk. Mix until creamy.
