Layered Taco Dip -Carly Leishman
2 cans bean dip
3 medium avocados
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
½ c. mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions
1 firm tomato
cheese, olives
In a 9×13 dish spread bean dip. Mash avocado and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over bean dip. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread. Top with cheese, onions, olives and tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
