Oreo Cookies – Cindy Leishman
2 packages of devil’s food cake mix
1 ½ c. shortening
4 large eggs
Mix ingredients until sticky. Roll into balls (teaspoon size). Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 fro 8 minutes.
Frosting:
3 ½ c. powdered sugar
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 cube margarine
1 t. vanilla
Mix together and when cookies are cool, frost backside of cookie and place another cookie on top forming a sandwich. Makes 4 dozen.
