Fettuccine Alfredo – Cindy Leishman

½ c.  margarine

clove of garlic – chopped fine (or garlic powder)

1- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese

3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

½ c. milk

 

In a small sauce pan, brown garlic in melted butter.  Add cubed cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk.  Stir until smooth and combine with cooked, hot fettuccine.  Can add cooked peas and bacon or sliced chicken breast and steamed broccoli.
