Manicotti with Cheese – Cindy Leishman

14 pieces (8 oz.) manicotti

¾ (15 oz.) ricotta cheese

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

2 T. chopped fresh parsley

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

½ lb. cottage cheese

1 egg

¼ c. cheddar cheese

a dash of seasoning salt

grated parmesan

3 cups spaghetti sauce (28 oz,)

 

        Fill manicotti with ingredients and pour sauce over.  Top with grated cheese.  Makes 6-8 servings.
