BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALAD (cool and tasty for summer!) – Larae Whale



1  can Black Beans (rinsed & drained)                    ½  Avacado (diced)

1  can Corn (drained)                                               1 small (1 oz)  jar pimento

4  Green Onions (chopped)                                      2 T. Lemon Juice

½  Green Bell Pepper (chopped)                              3 oz. Italian Salad Dressing

3  Tomatoes (diced)                                                 ¼ tsp. Garlic Salt


Toss gently.  Pour into serving bowl.  Refrigerate a couple hours to intensify flavors.  Serve as a side dish, or a topping.
