Pumpkin Bars – Roberta Richey

1 sm. can pumpkin                                                               1 tsp. soda

4 eggs                                                                                1 tsp. salt

1 c. oil                                                                                2 tsp. cinnamon

1  2/3 c. sugar                                                                    2 tsp. baking powder

2 c. flour

 

Whip pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.  Bake at 350˚ for 25-30 min.  Let cool and frost.

 

Cream Cheese Frosting

½ c. margarine                                                                    2 c. powdered sugar

3 oz cream cheese                                                              1 tsp. vanilla

 

Combine, beat with mixer until of spreading consistency.
