Parmesan Chicken Breast- Relief Society Bulletin

½ c. 100% grated parmesan cheese                 ¼ c. dry bread crumbs

1 tsp. dried oregano leaves                             1 tsp. parsley flakes

¼ tsp. paprika                                                 ¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper                                                  2 T. butter or marg., melted

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)

 

Mix cheese, crumbs and seasonings.  Dip chicken in butter, coat with cheese mixture.  Place in baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

Bake at 400˚  for 20-25 min. or until chicken is no longer pink in the center or

until it starts turning lightly brown on top.

Makes 6 servings.

For spicy chicken substitute ⅛ to ¼  tsp. ground red pepper for black pepper.
