Macadamia Nut Crunch – Relief Society Bulletin

½ c. coconut                                                    

2 c. Rice Krispies

¾ c. chopped macadamia nuts

21 oz. white chocolate (2  10½ oz. bags)

 

Melt white chocolate slowly in microwave or in oven set on lowest temp.  Add rest of

ingredients, stir and spread out thin on wax paper covered cookie sheet.  Allow to set up, then break into bite-size pieces.
