White Chocolate Popcorn – Relief Society Bulletin

One bag Orville Redenbacker’s Light-Butter microwave popcorn or 10-12 cups air-popped Orville Redenbacher’s

One 10½  oz. bag of white chocolate

 

Pop popcorn and pour into bowl, separating out any un-popped kernels of corn.

Melt chocolate in the microwave – 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between or

in the oven 20 min. on the lowest setting.  Pour out on wax paper and let set until

no longer sticky.

 

*We prefer Orville Redenbacher’s because it pops up fuller and there are less unpopped kernels left when it is popped.
