BBQ Pork Sandwiches – LaRae Whale

2-3 lbs. lean boneless pork ribs

1-1½  bottles BBQ Sauce

 

Place ribs in large pot.  Cover with water.  Sprinkle in a little dry minced onion.

Bring to a boil.   Lower heat.  Simmer, covered about 3-4 hrs. or until meat is

tender and falling apart when poked with a fork.

 

Drain water.  With 2 forks, pull meat apart until all is shredded.

Add BBQ sauce to taste.  Mix well. Serve on toasted buns.
