Vegetable Pizza – Cindy Leishman

2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

1 c. mayo

1 – 8 oz. cream cheese

1 envelope ranch dressing

½ bunch fresh broccoli flowers

½  head cauliflower

½ green pepper minced

1 large carrot shredded

1-8 oz. mozzarella cheese shredded

 

Separate crescent rolls into rectangles. Place rectangles in ungreased 5X10 jelly roll pan. Press dough over pan, sealing seams to make solid sheet. Bake 375 degrees 12-15 minutes. Cool completely. Mix mayo, cream cheese and ranch dressing. Spread over crust. Sprinkle vegetables over mixture. Serve.
