Crescent Roll Lasagna – Cindy Leishman

Brown 1 lb. lean hamburger with minced onion and garlic. Add 1 pkg. spaghetti mix, 1 can mushrooms, 2 small cans tomato sauce. Simmer. Roll out crescent rolls on cookie sheet into a rectangle. Pour meat mixture in the middle of the rectangle. Top meat with small container of cottage cheese and handful of mozzarella cheese. Fold dough up around meat mixture to form a circle and pinch seams closed. Sprinkle top of dough with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown. Serves 8.
