Bow Tie Pasta Salad – Relief Society Bulletin

1 lb. bow tie pasta

Italian dressing ( try Bernstein’s Restaurant Italian Recipe dressing)

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast

1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained

1 can (15 oz.) black olives, drained and halved

¼ c. drained, chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)

6 green onions, chopped

½ c. celery, thinly sliced

1 cup (4 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions.

 

Drain the pasta thoroughly in a colander, then transfer it to large bowl. Add alittle of the salad dressing, toss, and let pasta cool. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss gently before serving. Serves 6-8.
