Potatoes Perfect- Relief Society Bulletin

Makes 4-6 servings, slow cooker

 

¼ lb. bacon, diced and browned until crisp

2 medium-sized onions, thinly sliced

6-8 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

2 T. light, soft tub margarine

4 oz. cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

 

Layer half of bacon, onions, potatoes, and cheese in greased slow cooker.

Dot with margarine. Repeat layers

Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are soft.
