Onion Potatoes- Relief Society Bulletin

Makes 6 servings, slow cooker

6 medium potatoes, diced

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

1/3 c. olive oil

Combine potatoes and olive oil in plastic bag. Shake well.

Add onion soup mix. Shake well.

Pour into slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3 hours.
