Cathy’s Enchiladas- Cindy Leishman

Brown 1 lb. lean hamburger with 1pkg. taco seasoning, add a little water.

Warm up 1 can enchilada sauce with 1 can cream of chicken soup in a sauce pan

 

Layer meat mixture twice with grated cheese and 1 pkg. flour tortillas (torn apart)

Pour sauce mixture on top of final layer.

Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered with foil. Serve over lettuce.
