Chicken Pie – Relief Society Bulletin
2 cups Pepperidge dry stuffing
½ c. butter melted
½ c. milk
2 cups cooked chicken
1 c. frozen peas (thawed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix stuffing with butter. Press ½ in 8X8 baking pan. Sprinkle chicken on top of stuffing. Next, mix soup, milk and peas in bowl. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
