Beef Stroganoff – Cindy Leishman
½ c. onion
½ c. clove garlic
¼ c. margarine
Saute and then add 1 lb. hamburger, brown. Then sprinkle 2 T. flour, 2 tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper over meat mixture. Then add 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted). Simmer and just before serving add 1 c. sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
