Carrots in Orange Sauce – Relief Society Bulletin

¼ tsp. ginger

¼ c. orange juice

1 T. sugar

¼ tsp. cornstarch

¼ tsp. salt

2 T. butter

 

Boil 6 to 8 carrots. Set aside. In another pan mix sugar, cornstarch, ginger, salt and then add orange juice. Stir to a complete boil. Boil for 1 minute then add butter. Pour over carrots.
