Fresh Strawberry, Peach, Cherry or Berry Pie – Larae Whale

 1 baked pie shell

1 package cream cheese

½ pint whipping cream

1 c. powdered sugar

2 cups fresh fruit or berries

 

Whip cream. Beat cream cheese until soft, mix in powdered sugar. Fold into whipped cream. Line pie shell with mixture, reserving about ½ cup. Pour fruit into cream mixture and top with reserved cream mixture. Let set in fridge until firm.
