Popcorn Cake

1 c. unpopped corn

1 lb. m & m’s

6 oz. peanuts

Pop corn, remove kernals and mix with m & m’s and peanuts.

Make syrup:

1 c. sugar

1 tsp. cream of tartar

1 tsp. butter

Boil 62 seconds – stir in ¼ tsp. soda. Pour over corn. Form into well greased angel food cake pan. Cool 1hour.
