Basic Meatballs

3 lb. ground beef

1 can evaporated milk

1 c. oatmeal

1 c. cracker crumbs crushed

2 eggs

½ c. chopped onion

½ tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

2 tsp. chili powder

If Making it fresh: Make meatballs, shape into balls and place in 9×13 pan. Pour desired sauce over and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 80 Meatballs

If making it to Freeze: Make meatballs, shape into balls and place on wax paper on 2 cookie sheets. Freeze.

Makes 80 Meatballs

To Cook if frozen: Put meatballs in a 9×13 pan, and pour desired sauce over. Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes or until no longer pink.
