Broccoli in Lemon Cream Sauce – Valerie Goodrich

2 lbs broccoli

1 chicken bouillon cube

3/4 c hot water

π c butter

π c flour

1 c light cream

2 Tbsp lemon juice

Salt

Pepper

 

In a small saucepan, heat and mix all ingredients except broccoli.  Once thickened, pour over broccoli.  Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
