Shrimp Salad – Relief Society Bulletin

Dissolve (2) 3 oz. lemon jell-o with  (2) cups boiling water

Stir in:

Two 8 oz. cans regular tomato sauce

1 T. vinegar

2 small avocados diced

1 c. diced celery

1 tiny jar diced pimento

½ green pepper diced

1 can drained shrimp

1 can drained crab

Set in shallow pan for 3-4 hours
