Sweet and Sour Meatballs – Relief Society Bulletin

1 lb. ground beef

½ c. dry bread crumbs

¼  c. milk

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

 

Sauce

½ c. brown sugar

2 T. corn starch

1 can pineapple chunks

1/3 c. vinegar

1 T. soy sauce

1 green pepper coarsely chopped

Mix all together. Shape into small meatballs and brown in skillet. Drain grease from meatballs. Put other ingredients in a crockpot with meatballs. Cook on low about 3 hours.
