Pie Crust – Relief Society Bulletin

1 ½ c. all purpose flour

½ tsp. salt

½ c. shortening

4 to 5 T. ice water

Mix flour and salt together with fork. Cut in shortening until blended. Sprinkle 1 T. water. Toss with fork, repeat until mixture is moist. Form into a ball. Roll out on lightly floured surface. Fit inot pie tin and flute edge. Bake according to recipe for pie.
