Raspberry Cake – Young Women
1 white cake mix
1 pkg. Danish raspberry dessert mix (use raspberry juice for some liquid)
2 pkgs. Frozen raspberries drained
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 pint whipping cream
Divide cake mix and bake in (2) 9X13 inch pans. Bake 15 to 20 min. Prepare Danish dessert mix as on pkg. and use raspberry juice asa part of the liquid. Cool. Add raspberries. Whip cream. In separate bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy. Add whipped cream. Spread cheese mix on cake and top with dessert mix. Refrigerate. Can be made the day before. Makes (2) 9X13 pans.
