Microwave Fudge Brownies

½ c. butter

2 T. cocoa

1 c. sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

¾ c. flour

½ c. chopped nuts (optional)

Melt butter, add cocoa. Blend eggs and sugar together and combine with cocoa mix. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts; mix well. Cut paper towel to fit bottom of cake pan. Pour batter on top of towel. Cook on high 3 min. Turn ¼ turn. Cook another 3 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
