2 bunches spinach leaves

3 sliced mushrooms

sliced purple onion

½ pound cooked crisp bacon

grated swiss cheese

 

Dressing:

¾ T. Poppy seeds

¾ c. olive oil

1/3 c. sugar

¾ t. salt

1/3 c. red wine vinegar

¾ T. onion (chopped)
