Fruit Pizza – Carrie McEwan

Favorite Sugar Cookie Recipe (simplify by using store-bought cookie dough)

 

Cream Filling

2 – 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened

1 c. powdered sugar

1 – 8 ounce carton Cool Whip, thawed

 

Whip cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and cool whip.  Spread on cookie (either individual or pan cookie). 

 

Glaze

1 c. pineapple juice

1 c. orange juice

2 T. cornstarch

 

Combine juices with cornstarch; cook and stir until thickened.  Spread glaze over cream filling.  Arrange fruit over glaze.  Store in airtight container until ready to serve.

Fruit options:

Kiwi

Strawberries

Blueberries

Bananas

Raspberries

 

I prefer Kiwis, Strawberries, and Blueberries.
