Cathy’s Famous Strawberry Cake – Cindy Leishman

1 pkg. white cake mix

1 small pkg. strawberry jello

4 eggs

2/3 c. oil

1/3 c. cold water

Mix together. Add 10 oz. frozen strawberries-thawed.

Bake in oblong greased and floured pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before frosting.

 

Frosting:

8 oz. cool whip (use 12 oz. cool whip for higher frosting

10 oz. frozen strawberries thawed and a little drained

Mix together and frost cake. Put cake in fridge to keep frosting stiff.
