Favorite Mostacioli Dinner- LPHS Soccer Team Mom
1-1½ lb. hamburger
1 jar Ragu or other spaghetti sauce (3 cups)
12 oz. mostaccioli noodles
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ T. parsley
2-3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Cook hamburger, drain and add spaghetti sauce, set aside. Cook noodles, drain. To the hot noodles, add cottage cheese, sour cream, parsley and about 1 ½ cups of mozzarella and mix. Put noodle mixture in a 9×13 pan. Pour meat sauce on top of the noodles, sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella. Heat through. (350 for about 30 minutes)
*for a nice touch, I like to sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top before baking
