Jared’s Favorite Pumpkin Surprise – Cindy Leishman

1 large can pumpkin

5 eggs

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. cloves

1 tsp. salt

1 ½ c. sugar

1 large can evaporated milk

½ tsp. ginger

¼ tsp. nutmeg

 

Mix all together and pour into a 9X13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix over the top. Drizzle with ½ cup of melted butter  and sprinkle with nuts. Cook at 400 for 15 minutes and then 350 for 1 hour.
