Sweet and Sour Chicken – Debbie Bushman

10-12 frozen chicken strips

2- 8 oz. Contadina sweet and sour sauce

½ green pepper, sliced

1 cup baby carrots

Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.

Optional add-ins 1 hour before serving: sweet snow peas, chunk pineapple, frozen stir fry vegetables.
