Chicken Marsala- Debbie Bushman
10-12 chicken strips or up to 8 chicken breasts (1-3 lbs. of chicken)
1 can chicken broth (or about 1 ½ c.water with bouillon)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 4 oz can mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
sal, pepper, and onion salt to taste, parsley
Cook on low 7-9 hours. Last 2 hours add 1 c. sour cream. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles.
